When we work together, we know there’s no limit to what we can achieve.
We’re doing amazing things. And that’s no accident. It’s a result of bringing together amazing people and building a workplace that is different from anywhere else.
On October 25th, we invite you to join us for a celebration of the unique culture we’re building at Premier Research.
Together, we’ll launch our refreshed culture.
Collaborating with colleagues from across Premier, we have ensured that this new framework is a true reflection of all of us. A representation of the best we can be.
Here’s a sneak peek of how we got here.
How did we get here?
In 2018, Premier Research launched Culture Anchors that represented the organization and its aspirations for the future. But much has changed since then.
In 2020, the pandemic took us out of offices, and we had to reinvent the way we worked together. Strong organic growth and multiple acquisitions led to the addition of new staff, bringing together different traditions and perspectives.
We recognized the need to reexamine our culture, knowing it would make us stronger together.
What steps did we take?
We’ve worked together over the last 12 months, carrying out activities involving team members across all levels, geographies, and functions.
This included senior leaders, Culture Board Members, Engagement Champions, People Partners, Employee Resource Group leads, and many other representatives, as well as the opportunity for all of you to share your views by participating in a survey.
We’re proud of what has come from all this work.
Thanks to all our collaborative efforts, we have a revised set of Values and core Behaviours that put our culture into words.
